Burbank Hardwood Floor Refinishing | Brazilian Cherry + Rubio Monocoat
This unfortunate Burbank homeowner went through a lot with her Brazilian Cherry (Jatoba) hardwood floors before we were hired. After having a bad wood floor refinishing experience with a previous Los Angeles wood flooring contractor, she reached out to us asking for help to fix and restore her floors properly.
This Burbank hardwood floor refinishing transformation speaks for itself. We put our heart and soul into this project to rescue these Brazilian Cherry floors and stairs from the mistakes caused by the previous hardwood floor business. In the end, the floors turned out beautifully. After sanding out the damage, these Brazilian Cherry floors were finished with Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C hardwax oil. The end result is a beautiful, natural, deep rich red color. Needless to say, the homeowner was super happy with the result of her rescued, sanded, and refinished floors. HOMEOWNER feedback
A nightmare turned into relief when I met Marcos and he took ownership of my floors previously refinished by an incompetent contractor. Marcos knows floors, and has an excellent team. They showed up everyday on time and the project was completed timely. Thank you for showing me the beauty in my floors!Ana B. - Burbank, CA | 5 Star Review on Yelp
Here's some more feedback we received from another hardwood floor refinishing project in the Los Angeles area...
MORE HAPPY CLIENT feedback
To anyone who has read CMC's consistent (and fully deserved) five star reviews, this one will offer very little new material. Yes, Marcos is a pleasure to work with. His company's work is excellent. And his pricing is very fair. There is, however, one more almost intangible aspect to Marcos' work that we'd like to mention. Marcos and his crew bring to their work a level of interest and conscientious craftsmanship that we found refreshingly unique. We weren't just another everyday job order. While they were here, we really were the central focus of their efforts. And you don't encounter that sort of dedication very often. That's why we can recommend Marcos and CMC Floors without reservation.Norm L. - Santa Monica, CA | 5 Star Review on Yelp
